Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CKR Entertainment ("CKR Entertainment", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, client portal, memberships, consultations, artist management applications and all other services provided by CKR Entertainment.

By accessing our website, creating an account, booking a consultation, purchasing a membership or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

Our services are intended for individuals aged 21 years or over.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years old.
• The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

CKR Entertainment may offer services including, but not limited to:

• Discovery Consultations
• Membership Programmes
• Artist Development
• Brand Development
• Business Development
• Vocal Development
• Personal Styling
• One-Off Sessions (Personal Styling, Personal Styling & Sourcing, Vocal Development)
• Artist Management Applications
• Creative Consulting
• Digital Resources
• Future services introduced by CKR Entertainment

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time.

Consultations must be booked and paid for in advance.

A Discovery Consultation is required for monthly memberships only. One-off sessions do not require a Discovery Consultation and can be booked directly.

Booking a consultation does not guarantee:

• Acceptance as a member
• Acceptance for artist management
• Any future service
• Any commercial opportunity

Following your consultation, CKR Entertainment will determine whether our services are suitable for your goals.

Memberships operate on a monthly rolling basis.

You may cancel your membership before your next billing date.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.

CKR Entertainment reserves the right to change membership pricing at any time. Where possible, members will be given reasonable notice before any price changes take effect.

One-off sessions are standalone services purchased individually and are not included in any monthly membership.

Our current one-off sessions are:

• Personal Styling (60 minutes).
• Personal Styling & Sourcing.
• Vocal Development (60 minutes).
• Vocal Development 4 Session Block.

One-off sessions must be paid for in full at the point of booking. Your session time is only confirmed once payment has been completed and a time slot has been selected.

Where a session includes sourcing, any items or products recommended are purchased separately by the client and are not included in the session price. CKR Entertainment is not responsible for third party pricing, availability, delivery or returns.

Block sessions must be used within a reasonable period agreed with us and are non-transferable to another person.

Rescheduling, cancellations and no-shows for one-off sessions are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Attend sessions on time.
• Treat all members of the CKR Entertainment team respectfully.
• Help maintain a professional, respectful and comfortable environment.
• Keep account details secure.
• Not share their membership with another person.
• Not record meetings or services without prior written permission from CKR Entertainment.
• Comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable policies.

Submitting an application or attending a consultation does not guarantee acceptance for artist management or any other CKR Entertainment service.

All applications are reviewed individually by a member of the CKR Entertainment team.

CKR Entertainment reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its reasonable discretion.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials created by CKR Entertainment remain the intellectual property of CKR Entertainment.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Development plans
• Coaching materials
• Brand strategies
• Business strategies
• Templates
• Worksheets
• Frameworks
• Presentations
• Digital resources
• Written content
• Training materials
• Courses
• Documents and other original materials

Clients are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own personal or business development.

Clients must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, licence or otherwise exploit these materials without prior written permission from CKR Entertainment.

Clients retain ownership of any original creative work they submit to CKR Entertainment, including music, lyrics, recordings, videos, branding, documents and other creative materials.

Where CKR Entertainment contributes original creative work—such as songwriting, composition, production, branding, creative direction or other intellectual property—ownership, copyright, publishing, licensing and royalty arrangements will be agreed separately in writing where applicable.

With the client's prior approval, CKR Entertainment may use completed projects, testimonials, approved photographs, videos, music, branding or other finished creative work for portfolio, promotional and marketing purposes across its website, social media platforms and other marketing channels.

CKR Entertainment will not publish unfinished work or confidential material without the client's consent.

CKR Entertainment understands that clients may share confidential personal, business and creative information during the course of our services.

Unless required by law, we will treat such information confidentially.

Clients also agree to keep confidential any proprietary information belonging to CKR Entertainment, including our methods, strategies, documents, resources, systems, business processes and other confidential information.

Refunds, cancellations, no-shows and attendance for consultations, memberships and one-off sessions are governed by our separate Refund, Cancellation & Attendance Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

CKR Entertainment provides professional guidance, education, coaching and development services.

We do not guarantee:

• Record deals
• Artist management acceptance
• Auditions
• Employment
• Business success
• Financial success
• Social media growth
• Streaming numbers
• Income
• Brand growth
• Career progression
• Commercial opportunities
• Any specific outcome

Success depends on many factors, including your commitment, effort, decisions, experience and external circumstances beyond our control.

You agree not to:

• Copy website content without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Upload viruses, malware or harmful software.
• Share your account with others.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Use our services for unlawful purposes.

CKR Entertainment reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately where a client:

• Breaches these Terms & Conditions.
• Provides false information.
• Misses required payments.
• Behaves abusively, threateningly or disrespectfully.
• Harasses staff or other clients.
• Commits fraud.
• Uploads unlawful or harmful content.
• Otherwise prevents the safe and professional delivery of services.

Where membership is terminated for a serious breach of these Terms, no refund will be provided for any remaining membership period.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CKR Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

CKR Entertainment may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website and will take effect from the published effective date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
